You lose the infatuation as you get older. I'm more deeply in love than I ever have been but I'm so relaxed about it. I have no expectations with friends of the opposite sex. I feel love from just spending time with them. The one I'm most in love with has the most beautiful face and eyes. Looking at her makes me feel a sexual urge but at the same time it fulfills it.

Simple appreciation of another's existence.

I remember mine very well and I was barely 2 years old. But at that point the woman was in a cage and you are right I do sort of first/remember what happened when I was beckoned inside.

It was warm at first then uncomfortable and the heartbreaking like I had forever lost part of myself.

Yup makes sense as a loss of innocence and initiation of the carnal heart of sorts.
