As soon as non human manipulation occurred tis a farce.

This technology already exist on a different world. I have once been in a different state in an underground base in a mountain where they had such computer with a screen but no other controls, keyboard or whatever. This computer works on interaction with your body, mind. There were 2 screen next to each other, left one for all knowledge mathematically based, and the right screen was a storage of feelings of all existence. You could actually become one with the computer and retrieve any information you wanted. I see here on Earth already that they start working on mixing technology and human mind to connect them together for all kind of purposes. So Op, I do believe there are quantum universal supercomputers. Thank you for the interesting topic.
