With respect to the innocent man who was killed, it seems like there has only been 1 person victimized. Reports that this is a serial killer on the loose are greatly exaggerated. He's mentally unstable. I don't believe that there were a dozen others. The fact that the Cleveland police tracked down the vigilante YouTuber within minutes but the crazy demon has yet to be apprehended is one example of what's wrong with this situation. The police were probably worried the random bounty hunter would find him first.
