Then those who respected the Lord spoke to one another, and the Lord took notice. A scroll was prepared before him in which were recorded the names of those who respected the Lord and honored his name.Basically a notebook of the Lord's, of respectful/nice people, towards him. Not exactly the Book of Life, but a Book of the cream of the crop. Specifically, it says...."those in fear of Jehovah and those thinking upon his name"........ His name Jehovah is very important in this whole thing
