Anyone with Sinus infections after Bronchitis?

I had a stomach flu/ virus with acute bronchitis. After it left me I think for a couple of weeks I had swimmer's ear. It was itchy for two days then the next day I woke up to it being red, sore and swollen. I try home remedies to reduce the swelling and to unclogged my left ear. Today it's not red but still swollen and clogged. Doesn't really hurt right now . It kinda tickles inside my ear. Anyone else having this issue? I heard bronchitis was running around this flu season.
