What is the best pillow for back sleeping?

No pillow, on my back.

if you have back or neck issues, you shouldnt be using a pillow at all.

When side sleeping i do, but i have really big shoulders.

I have back and kneck issues and fibromalgia and feel everything on my skull structure.

Need 2 pillows, the softest down there is, the kind you can squish and layer, and pull off in the night, to be just the way you need it.

If its medium, my back/neck goes out and if its imitation down, neck goes out, and if no pillow, neck and back goes out.

If I couldn't find what I wanted I'd order the stuffing and make my own.

sometimes i have used a folded up towel, that way i can insure that it keeps my neck level.

but since i got a tempurpedic mattress i dont use anything at all.

Maybe my bed just sucks but no pillow doesn't give my neck or head any support.
