It's become their culture to act like that. Question their culture and you get called racist. That is their problem. It's because racist white people pulled out of those places back in the 70s and before to the suburbs and took all the good jobs with them.

They the corporate white owners purposefully sent the factory jobs oversees which were originally located in the inner cities. They then built an economy around retail and service in the suburbs for them and their children.

The blacks were left with a decaying city, no more jobs, and corrupt police and government. This breeds divorce, drug use, depression, gang activity, and another generation of more of the same.

I'm white, rural, and not racist, but cautious of who I affiliate with and this is clear as a bell to me.
