this US way of living is nuts and at end. Parents get rid of sons when they go to the college, and they obligation with then is over. It was true from baby boomers to year 2K but not anymore.
In most countries, sons stays with parents until get married, choose a college near the parents house and only with marriage they move to another house.
Problem is that ppl dont want to get married anymore, so they keep staying 4ever with parents, like in Italy.
