Rofl you seriously think that boomers are the ones that set the property values?

I hate to break it to you but the ones that set the property value is the FEDERAL RESERVE. You see the banks were the ones that introduced 30 year mortgages, which caused houses taking a few years to pay off to actually THIRTY YEARS to pay off.

Second the bank sets the interest rates. When there is low interest there are housing bubbles which cause the value of property to skyrocket. And when the interest rates go high and when loans become more difficult to get then the value of property drops.

So if you want to be pissed off about the housing costs then stop looking at every boomer and start looking at a few. It was Bill Clinton that got rid of a lot of banking regulations, and George Bush that made loans easier for poor people with bad credit to get and Obama that kept the interest rates for investors at near zero. <----- These assholes are the reason why property is so damn expensive today.

You better show some respect, old farts. Soon, you will be needing the help from millennials to wipe your own asses. Remember, what goes around, comes around.
