I need find a clothes washboard...do they still make those?
Quoting: Evolution16 washboard !??!! no way. go to the dollar store and get a plunger get a 5 gallon bucket/lid cut a hole in the centre of the lid to accommodate the handle of the plunger put some water enough to cover the clothes tiny bit soap stick the plunger in put the lid on with the handle outside in the hole HAVE FUN and get a BETTER WASH than these modern time POS washers give. the action of the plunger WORKS that soap/detergent in and out of the items. IT WORKS FINE AND SPARES THE CLOTHES. Nice! I've been using an old boogie board and a scrub brush. Time to upgrade!
