I am in the perfect place for when shit hits the fan...

I'm on a large private property on hood canal (WA.), in an area where the power goes out a lot.

We have our own well that runs off solar and a battery bank, and a natural spring.

No neighbors for miles, about 240 acres of trees and animals to hunt, natural rock caves, a private beach full of clams, oysters, crab, salmon.

We own a small motel, and because the power goes out so much here in the winter, we have many large propane tanks.

Some of the building were built during the Cuba missile crisis and the room we use for hot-tub and dry sauna is actually an unfinished bomb shelter (3 feet or reinforced concrete walls and ceiling) that just needs ventilation.

we have small boats (that we rent in the summer) and enough vehicles to permanently block all roads and driveways to force intruders to approach on foot.

Guns, ammo, tools... Good to go.
