No. Its just a test. Everyone has the right to defend themselves. And the US has done plenty of nuke tests aswell.

Retaliate is a word used for someone who's attacked, not someone who's testing a crap you don't approve.

Does NK attack US when it proceeds with nuke test? Nope.

If US does a nuke test, should other country attack US? If not, then why US think they can attack NK for a nuke test?

In this case, it's NK who should retaliate if attacked by US for just doing a nuke test. Us does not deserve to use that word "retaliate" since no one attack US.

The question should not be "should he," but "how will he."

That could be anywhere from a "made for tv" strike on select multiple facilities to a pinpoint, precise attack of the offending source (before it has a chance to do damage). Betting we might hear of another failure soon.

Recently Trump has signaled threat to such as Korea by the Tomahawk attack and the MOAB.

Kim Jong-un is young and prone to be impulsive.

The conflict is NOT just Trump versus N.Korea.

The Pope-led Globalist cabal, China and Russia all influence (if not outright control) N. Korea.

They may well intend to sacrifice Korea in order to initiate nuke war and bring down “sovereign” USA.

A US carrier(s) close to N. Korea will be in grave danger.

Likely Trump is being lured into a trap.
