ok.... in tom bearden's book Fer De Lance he describes an incident of what he believes was Russia setting up a tesla dome over Atlanta back in 1986 ish lasting many hours with numerous witnesses - the idea was to generate reports in news and see if US scientists would realise what it was. They didn't react which told Russia they were 20 years ahead of US at that time....

who knows what effect that had re 'cold molding' scalar effects at that time

Went through Atlanta today.

75 North (south of Atlanta) was an ABSOLUTE nightmare. We're heading south and it's fine.

There were no wrecks. Just road work. 75 from Atlanta almost to Macon was stop and go.

Whatever is happening it's definitely slowing north bound down. Didn't have that problem going a week ago.
