The Moon symbolizes emotions, women and as this Full Moon eclipses, brings emotions to the surface especially for Pisceans and Virgoes.

There are two types of eclipses. One brings growth, easeness, and growth, while the other is the total opposite. Usually you start feeling its force 6 months prior to the event, and such force increases as it approaches the date of the event, and then, it starts to dwindle.

The most affected will be those individuals born 15 days prior to the eclipse, followed by those born within 15 days after the event (17th of February-17th of March). Oh, and those born on the opposite side of the Ecliptic, between July 20th, to August 17...
