There are some 8 million people in the bay area, there are three major bridges and never that many people on them at one time. It would be near to impossible to blow the Golden Gate and hardly enough people on it to bother at any given moment.

Today I saw an article about a huge sonic boom that shook buildings in the Bay Area somewhere.

There was even a poll on the article asking if people heard it or not. Several said that large office buildings shook. Now I can't find anything about it anywhere. I was going to add the link since it made me think of this article, but I can't find a thing!

For some anecdotal evidence, I grew up in the Bay Area with Hispanic gangs around. A friend of mine hung out with Nortes sometimes, and they would joke about how scraps, (surenos, 13) could get rocket launchers from Al Qaeda in Los Angeles. Just a street rumor, but I think it's plausible that the cartels would be involved with arms sales in the Middle East.

The type of scenario that the OP presents is plausible, but the psychic claim is dubious.

Thankfully, Gen. John Kelly is running the DHS now, and those men and women in law enforcement are working around the clock to keep people safe.

I had a dream a few years ago where an angel took me high above the earth he pointed down to the earth, and on the west coast line it was covered with a haze of cloud like the chemtrails we have now, same on the east coast...then up from those clouds came like explosions of large mushroom like clouds as it the cities were under attack, Seattle, San Francisco, San Diego or LA area not sure,, but the east coast was also the same, NY, Washington, and Miami areas all had the mushroom clouds as if hit by nuclear bombs. The angel said this is what will happen to the country, and I was taken back to earth and the dream ended.

Right now I am in the Bay area and we have huge numbers of radiation upon us from the chemtrails, it is effecting the hair skin and nails and nervous systems. It also contains some sort of mold or fungus, and particles of hemoglobin that have been tested and they are not human blood and not mammal, scientists do not know what they are! But it is killing the trees and vegetation and polluting the skies! Global warming is a hoax to spray this upon us all! It also contains the DNA and genes of some 8,000 bugs woven into it! And for whatever reason RH- blood types are fighting it! It is why (we, I have it too) break out on our skin with lesions from it! It is not binding with our blood. And for the RH+ types, they have many of the same symptoms as we do, they just do not have the hair skin and nail symptoms that are visible to the eyes and think they just have CNS problems and so on.. It also contains high amounts of aluminum in it, the brain absorbs that like a sponge!!! It causes nervous symptom to break down and the spinal system to break down and more as well the brain! It is a kill weapon IMO on a world wide scale, but people are so ignorant to what is being done before them daily! One only needs a black light to set outside at night and when they spray at night it looks like it is snowing out!!I have not seen a clear sunny day in well over a year or two now!!! Nor a real looking cloud!!!!! These are not fluffy clouds anymore, and the spraying is over the military bases also in no fly zones I watch them daily!

If you have a smart meter it puts out huge amounts of radiation also btw, you can get it taken off your home, but you have to OPT out of their forced upon you program and pay for it to be removed about 10 bucks then pay them to keep it off your home each month!!
