Its the best life there is...no drama or getting involved with others ego trips. I am the happiest I have ever been. Extra money every month...no birthdays or holidays to deal with.

So the alternative is clicking on friends dumb pics on social media, or spending money at some bar with hipsters all night?

In the end the only thing that matters is going to be your relationship with God. He can use you and bring Special people into your life that actually care. Best to shut the world out. You can't believe sht out there anyways.

Just heard from another neighbor that they stopped being friends with everyone they knew (she's in her 60's). She said everyone just wants something from her. I agree.

I kind of pushed everyone out of my life. I deleted my facebook, restrict who I want to hang out with (most the time, I rather be by myself). People aren't nice, they all have their own issues, don't have enough time for yours or vice versa.

If my mom would pass away, I would have absolutely nobody.

I have my cats, which are the best thing. They loved me when I was sick, feeling down, were loyal through it all...can't say the same with humans except my mom, that's it.

We live in a hateful world, it's very dog eat dog.

Forgive them, they can't help but react this way given the conditions.

If you perpetuate the message that humanity is dead, then you might just actually make it happen.
The same goes for the opposite.

All it takes is one person that gives a shit to change your mind. Find the few that make this life worth all the trouble.

Me too. I did just have an incredible whirlwind romance and I thought loneliness was a thing of the past.

It just ended, I guess........I am lost because for 10 months I devoted my entire life to him....because I thought it was for "us". wow.

So at least when you are alone you cannot be betrayed as was pointed out.
