I would educate her on the history of American women who fought for decades for the legal right to wear a bathing suit on the beach, vote, gain equal pay, be accepted by a college, and drive a car, and gain court protection against any male who threatened to throw them into a sanatorium if they ever disagreed to their abuse. Younger women today don't get this history education in school anymore, and it is this complete ignorance of women's past and what they once endured that is enabling this attitude of willing acceptance of the burka and all that it represents.
