what they are now able to do is to send radio waves under the water and activate nuclear missles from submerged submarines with the obvious ability to disguise the source of the activation...

i believe that they were war gaming when they took down the plane in the south indian oceann with guidance control and tracked its descent to the ocean floor, killing two birds with one stone here as the plane was filled with Chinese businessman bringing good oil investment dollars around the world...

so if, in their ultimate frustaration, the international energy trust with its military assets should decide to blow up their own oil in the Caspian sea and Arabian peninsula in suicidal frustration, what better way to start Armageddon by using the aforementioned technology in the aforementioned manner....
