people reacting to my thoughts

I honestly don't know what to make of all this, I have always been a big "in my own head" type of person. Meaning i talk to myself a lot and have conversations in my own head. Well, lately, I've noticed that people react to what im thinking. If i get an intrusive thought, (I get those quite a bit), i will notice the person that the intrusive thought is directed at shift their body uncomfortably. I will also be in the middle of flirting with a female and i will get a really weird thought and her whole attitude will switch. Most recent occurrence, I was in a gas station trying to decide on buying something when two "ghetto" kids were talking up by the register and in my head I said to myself "i want to ask them why they talk Ghetto, I mean we grew up in the same town (suburb), And it's not like ghetto talk is an accent from any particular country. So how does someone get the ghetto accent"... Now to my knowledge i did not say this out loud. However right when i was finished the kid like went off.

He started yelling about how he was there when some kid got shot and seen people get shot for less and calling someone a bitch ETC and then stormed out. I was so much in my head at the time I didn't really look at him or see if he was looking at me when saying this stuff or even if he was on the phone. So i can only assume that it was directed at me and that somehow I spoke out loud without even knowing it. It's still bugging me and it's not like i'm going to stop someone mid rampage and ask "is this because of something i said"? I mean shit like this keeps happening .. Maybe im overthinking things.
