Cut the welfare for able-bodied people and hire them first. Hell, you don't even have to hope they will apply. You have their names and addresses through the welfare/unemployment information. Send them job offers and transition them off the dole. Boom! Companies have workers and the states/feds pay less. Problem solved. “Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity.” ~Seneca You can lead the Democrats to knowledge, but you can't make them think. |

Just watched a video yesterday on Paul Ryan that mentioned them. I haven't had a chance to do my own research yet, but this article supports what the youtuber was saying. |

Trump will veto it and they don't have the votes to override. These two idiots just cost themselves re-election. AMERICAN EXCEPTIONALISM: KICKING ASS, KILLING NAZIS, KILLING COMMIES, MAKING BABIES, BUILDING CITIES, EXPLORING SPACE, GOING TO THE MOON, AND PUTTING THE "CIVIL" IN CIVILIZATION SINCE 1776! ****************************** But I tell you this man, I tell you this, I carry an aura of "fuck you" everywhere I go and while I may not cause scenes I can sure as hell continue them and escalate them but good. ****************************** There is going to be a second revolution folks. Count on it - and it will be the citizens against the government. It will be damn bloody. It will be a war of attrition. It will result in over 100 million dead. The heavy handedness of the government - the fascists in code enforcement and animal control especially - have brought this upon themselves. |

Ron Johnson told an event hosted Wednesday by the CATO Institute. “Why can’t Wisconsin manufacturers, why can’t small businesses, find enough people to work?” Johnson asked during a speech in a Senate hearing room with supporters of the replacement bill. He continued: You got to ask those hard questions… it is not going to be a government program that is going to solve that [worker decline], but smart government policy, things like the bill we’re going to be introducing with the help of CATO today … is a really good direction to move. Give a it a shot. Let’s see how much better the states do. My guess is that they will do a whole lot better than a one-size-fits-all federal [foreign worker] program. The bill would allow states to each get 5,000 visas for additional foreign workers per year, plus a population-based share of another 245,000 visas, plus a share of any visas not used by other states. The inflow of foreign workers would start at 495,000 in the first year, not counting the additional family members of each imported worker. [link to www.breitbart.com] It's not that Americans don't want to work, it's that companies don't want to hire them. The qualifications they list for their job applicants makes most people just not bother to apply because, who the hell has those types of qualifications? Companies no longer seem to want to train anyone for a position. I've seen LPN's start a new job and their "two week training" basically is non existent leading to a huge fuck up down the road because the person wasn't properly trained. But, that is just one small example. I'm really talking about the over 50 crowd who wants to work, but because they don't have the degrees or qualifications sought, there is nothing they can apply for. Employers forget that they are usually the most productive people out there(don't carry facebook in their pocket), have better attendance (no hang over Mondays), and can learn just as quick as a 20 year old and are usually helpful to their fellow workers or new hires. What I see today is a lack of willingness on anybodies part to help a new hire adjust or learn. They definitely don't get any help from the younger crowd. It is usually an older worker that will voluntarily assist or teach a newbie the ropes. That's the problem with the workforce, not a lack of people. Employer standards or qualifications are too high for anything above manual labor. And manual labor is pretty difficult for the over 50 crowd. |

[link to www.breitbart.com] This is why everyone that voted for Trump hates the Republican Establishment, they intentionally undercut wages without benefits while abusing their current employees as a litmus test to see who will remain loyal when they import their foreign workers at a slave labor rate. Meanwhile Establishment Republicans in Congress pretend this worker shortage is efdecting the economy as they buy stock in these slave labor companies that will make a killing off of their new imported slaves. The sad part is that the slaves will do it because they are just happy to escape the Hell hole they were just imported from. Trump needs to take a fucking stand on this otherwise his silence will be deafening which will cost him the majority in 2018 and the presidency in 2020. We are fucking tired of this shell game bullshit where these traitors pretend to put America first by saying they will bring jibs back and manufacturing back to the states only to bring the workers from those countries back with them! There is always a fucking catch! |
