You are living now in the antichrist system. It has always been since the fall and always will be until unannounced and sudden destruction comes to end the world.

Revelation keeps you look forward when it is and has been going on all around you.

That may well be, but we are to reject his solutions.

The model of the Antichrist is the same throughout the bible:
Nimrod becomes a mighty hunter of men, bringing them all under his control, with the promise that they will make a name for themselves and built a tower to heaven.

There is an historical record of how the king of Babylon enslaved everyone to his purpose: orders were found to his soldiers to go to the mountains and enslave the people there to provide stones for his building projects.

Later, Israel wanted a king and God tried to talk them out of it, saying he would enslave their sons for his wars, and their daughters for his harems. The kings of Israel were mostly bad, and even the best ones were greedy and treacherous.

People were created intelligent enough to solve their own problems, and any honest leader would tell them to solve their own problems, using power only to enforce God's law on everyone equally.

The only real business of government is to execute murderers, rapists, kidnappers, cheaters, and liars, and to force thieves to pay back what they steal.

Absolutely everything else can be done by people themselves.

And everyone has the right to refuse to take any part in any building project, or economy, or whatever.

Anyone who tries to force participation in things is Antichrist, and would be guilty of kidnapping. Therefore, subject to the death penalty.
