Anyone know why my tap water is foaming?

My faucet is not rabid.

My faucet is fine.

It is the color of my water that concerns me.

It does not smell or taste bad. But it looks awful.

And I am worried about giving it to my pets.

I guess they are treating it with a chemical that does not foam in the lines, but foams when it contacts the air.

Strange.

You need to filter your water with ceramic filters. You'll be amazed at how clear it is and how good it tastes after you filter it.
