You're doing good OP. Been through similar stuff with brain+cat scan, by the sound of things it's just routine to make sure you're clear.

Mole on the back. Heck I find a new one every few years on upper torso, under arms, neck etc. Nothing to worry about. My gran had lots of them too.

You're gonna be in panic mode so you'll notice everything your body is doing right now and you can even manifest stuff with the stress, like nausea, random pains on the body, coldness, sweating etc. If you find yourself freaking out and unable to cope, try and find a quiet place you can do some breathing exercises to try and help yourself chill.

We breathe in through the nose with the mouth closed to 4 in and breathe out again to four through the nose, keeping the mouth closed. Feel the stomach expand as you breathe in, inflate it like a balloon and as you breathe out allow your stomach to deflate. Try and just concentrate on your breath going in and out. We should try and aim for 8 to 10 breathes a minute. Breathing in and out counts as one breath.

but knowing early if something is going down is better than not knowing

and you sound to me the type who might ignore symptoms for some time

rectosigmoid junction tumours can be more difficlut to diagnose on symptoms

tend to cause alternating constipation / loose bowels and a feeling of fullness in the left lower abdo

all can be put down to IBS or diverticulosis

blood is usually a later feature

Hi OP- First, I'm glad you weren't injured worse in the crash...

Second, and it seems you've got this- the fact that there are some real tools here at GLP a small few you've seemed to have met this morning. Sorry about that but it's a small price to pay compared to meeting some really nice, caring folks here when needed.

Lastly and more importantly, is that yes your involvement in this accident was truly not by accident! You had to be in the right place at the right time. You were. You had to have some reason why you needed a CT of your abdomen. And what a "coincidence" that you did!

This is incredible that they found this now and so very important. If it hadn't of been found and you have cancer, which could be possible, it may have continued to grow and invade other areas especially since you aren't having any signs or symptoms yet.

It truly is amazing this was discovered purely by chance!! But was it?? Maybe this is God's way of intervening since you woul have otherwise had no reason to have had it checked out. Because it was found now you may get it taken care sooner rather than later assuming it is the worst case, and there is the possibility that it is something benign.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family in any case. This is, I'm sure pretty scary. But remember there is a reason for everything happening the way it does. This happening like this makes me hopeful you have been given an opportunity that some people don't always get.

Do you have a pastor or a church who can also begin praying for you during all of this? If not maybe try to find one. Prayer and support helps in any case. There are some prayer threads here also. There are some good folks here who will pray for you and talk with you. Ignore the negative people and even delete them or block them. (not sure if you can do that though as an AC so maybe get an account? There is a free member option too)

Please keep is posted AC if possible and know that people will be praying for you.
