The parent company (Harper Collins) who publishes the NIV, also publishes The Joy of Gay Sex, and The Satanic Bible. It doesn't take a whole lot of common sense to figure this out folks. The NIV is evil and corrupt.

I am not endorsing academia. I am saying their guidelines for document classification makes sense though. King James and Niv both fit those guidelines. It is a way of saying that people still claim the bible is in error, fake or co rains scribal error. But if people followed the same guidelines they use for what is taught in school then the bible is more trustworthy as a historic document then the majority of the stuff in our school history books.

And I get it. NIV leaves out phrases. They omit the word "Jesus" in a few versus. Now do a little research from the side that supports the NIV and you will find that it actually mentions Jesus 350 times more then the king james. Don't trust me. Look it up. I have read both extensively and there is no loss in translation. If you want to stand by the king james that is fine and I support you 100%. I am happy that you found a word you find complete. But please do not try to legalese people into believing the king james is the only way to God. That is not gods standard. That is man's standard. Way different.

Which in turn became greedy enough to fall into a open production company. So the NIV is exposed and linked to porn? How hideously absurd. I would despise living such a legalistic life of dogma that I couldn't bring myself to believe that the sacrifice of Jesus is not sufficient to save through any bible other then the king james. You would do yourself a great service by taking a time to figure out if you are living by gods standards or your church doctrine. And do they coincide? Not saying you aren't Christian. Not at all. I am saying that on judgement day we will walk into heaven together. I will just do it because I believe there is nothing I can ever do to earn the ransom that was paid for me. It was given freely and is sufficient enough to cover every and all.

The point of the video to me is that the NIV is part of the assault on God that began in earnest with the removal of prayer in schools. Look what's happened since.

1. Mass abortion - which, in part, helps lead to the societal acceptance of single parent families.
2. Removal of 10 Commandments
3. Legalization of same-sex marriage.
4. Proliferation of satanism, cults and pedophelia
5. Attempts to force transgender "rights" on general society

I follow no specific church dogma / doctrine. And I'm not a KJV only person, as this verse just doesn't cut it.

Wine has no effect on bottles...only the wineskins of those days. More telling still, wine wouldn't "run out" of a burst bottle.

Well I can definitely get behind that. I can't fault gods word because the publisher has invested in porn. Although it is very disturbing and something I didn't know previously. But I agree with you. I actually read several translations as well as use my concordance. That is something that op really needs to do instead of looking up codes haha.
