_The_Seer Offer Upgrade User ID: 74891321 France 05/14/2017 06:24 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation	Make laptop into a emergency Radio scanner Calling all IT techs , Is there away to turn a laptop into a police scanner or a emergency Radio scanner , I do have a emergency Radio etc. But once the shtf and no internet I want to be able to use it (laptop) for something other than watching films I do have a external hard drive with 3tb of fims on it , I have a usb dvb-t2 292e nanostick hd tv tuner i did read once that the USB can be turned into a police scanner or a emergency Radio scanner using some software, which would be ideal if shtf or extra backup to my emergency Radio

Cut that list down to a rain coat and a knife. I doubt it will matter what is going on 1/3 of a mile away if things get bad enough I'd consider using a knife against anything living
