Federal Prosecutors (i.e. Assistant US Attorneys) twist the law to cover things it does not, and to ignore things it actually says.

Courts turn a deliberate blind eye to this when it suits the Judge's agenda or if he's feeling particularly petty or vindictive.

In the US federal court system, US Supreme Court precedent means nothing. Lower courts flatly ignore such precedent(s) and the US Supreme Court CANNOT BE RELIED UPON to uphold even its own precedents.

In the US federal court system, the written law does NOT mean what it actually says, and can be made to mean something it does NOT say.

The Court of Appeals is a veritable cesspool of judicial filth depending upon which of the Eleven Circuits a case is heard.

The Supreme Court is now completely political. The law does not matter, case law does not matter and worst of all, the TRUTH does not matter.

THAT is why innocent people get sent to prison in the federal system, and THAT is why Donald Trump may well find himself out of office.
