My guess is they're going to attack him on another front. Now that they've set up this asshole Mueller as being the next coming of Christ, they're probably going to wait for HIM to invent charges against Trump and then they'll laud those as the REAL thing that they have to act on because they come from the wonderful Mueller - who is a friend of Comey's, btw.

The reason the Special Counsel was enacted was to make the attack on Trump look "realistic" and "objective" by hiring someone they promote as being honest and having integrity (same as they did with Comey initially) and then Mueller will go after Trump in a more measured way than the media and Dems. And people will be supposed to accept it because it comes from an "impartial" source. Mueller is as big a part of the swamp as any of them. THAT'S WHY HE'S THERE - TO BRING DOWN TRUMP.

This whole impeachment thing was a ploy to undermine the President's agenda. Remember the Rules for Radicals, to distract and marginalize?

Since we have so many in this country who are emotional prepubescents and have no idea what is in the Constitution, it is fairly easy to gin up these morons - a la Rose O'Donnel.

As most on here know, a crime must have been committed (a high crime or misdemeanor as the Constitution is written). Where is the crime? The House must vote to impeach by a majority of the members. Since the majority is held by Republicans, there will be no vote without a definitive finding that crime was most likely committed (similar to what a grand jury does). Then a conviction by 2/3 of the Senate would be required for removal. I was around during the Nixon years. It took a year and a half and he resigned before there was even a vote in the House.

Even if Trump was to be impeached, then to what end would it serve the Democrats? VP Pence would become President and he is probably further to the right of the President.

As to the 25th Amendment, the chances that Pence would go to Congress and say the President is incapacitated are non existent. Even if he did, the President would say no he isn't and the point would be moot.
