Many "civilians" are undercover cops in all the big cities. In that area must be at least 1 undercover cop to 10 civilians. No conspiracy in this case. That crazy bastard wanted to kill people.

He is a 26 year old Bronx Resident with a long history of Drunk Driving charges...

Police have said he was dopped up on large amounts of PCP and that he DELIBERATELY did this as he told them that "God was talking to me and telling me to do this." So he accelerated his car into the crowd on purpose because he believed God was telling him to do it.

In one picture the Driver is actually LEVITATING in his attempts to flee the scene!
