Ask them to mail you the opt out documents. They are required to. They'll either send them or tell you "OK, we will remove you from our calling list."
Quoting: AndIWillAlwaysLoveYou LOL half of these companies are fly by night and don't care. A few years ago I got a little irate with a guy who kept calling... He laughed at me and told me that they would call twice as much now. I wasted the next callers time, they did not call back ever.
