It's almost as creepy as the pedo. regardless its still a thought crime with zero victim and you are paying for his care for next 20yrs So if it was a really a minor and not a cop, he would have got away with it...and you'd say "theres no crime, he never got caught" So in your pedo mind, there is no crime either way
