Firing the FBI director with the MOTIVE to obstruct an investigation and Trump's own words to the Russians make it clear that his motive was to end the investigation into Trump and his buddies in the campaign.

Obstruction does not have to be successful or intelligent.
He tried, he failed, but he BELIEVED he was taking the pressure off by firing Comey.
That is obstruction by any definition.

Mueller can subpoena ANYTHING.
All we know is what Trump people leak.
Who knows what Mueller is going to find.

It's not obstruction of justice when there is no evidence whatsoever dumbass.

the information is being released in a very strategic methodical manner, whether knowingly or not,

- if knowingly i think for the purpose of people being able to digest everything vs. sudden shock / anger / disbelief even

- if unknowingly, it still has the same result with people abandoning ship in increasing numbers as evidence mounts (the already proven / factual evidence being self-inflicted at this point...the rest will follow even if he is already out of office due to removal or resignation)

Trump's attorneys wanted him to disclose his finances but not certify it as true

President Donald Trump's attorneys originally wanted him to submit an updated financial disclosure without certifying the information as true.

In correspondence with the Office of Government Ethics, attorney Sheri Dillon said she saw no need for Trump to sign his 2016 personal financial disclosure because he is filing voluntarily this year.

But OGE director Walter Shaub said his office would only work with Dillon if she agreed to follow the typical process of having him certify the information as true.

Such certifications are standard for the thousands of financial disclosure forms OGE processes each year.
