I'll bet Flynn lied to VP because he was part of bringing down some major swampers and couldn't divulge details. Trump probably knows this and is baiting again with the rehire comment, and when the truth comes out the MSM and dems will be schooled again. I'm guessing that's why Nunez just said of FOX to keep powder dry and things are just getting started

Your thoughts on Flynn match my original theory as well. I'm not so sure anymore, but I guess all we can do is wait. This is all coming to a head at some point in the near future it seems.

The fact is Clinton has been around DC for way to long to NOT have any dirt. If the investigation includes her, and it's nonpartisan, she's screwed as are a lot of those in her inner circle. Someone is going to flip for immunity, mark my words. and remember what HRC said:

"If that bastard (Trump) get's elected we're all going to hang from nooses!"

It is an utter freaking travesty and a severe affront to justice to not be investigating the DNC over election tampering, primary rigging and voter fraud. There is a mountain of hard evidence. Yet they are still chasing Trump with this flagrantly fictional Russian election tampering narrative ?

Yep, crimes all over the place and no ongoing investigations of them. I really believe that is the reason Pres Trump fired Comey. After his Wed testimony it was clear he wasn't pursuing the leaks, the unmasking or any of the other many crimes. We all know he was sitting on the most explosive crime of all...the spying on Americans without a warrant. Still waiting to hear something on that, but doubt anything will come of that what with Muller being chosen as special counsel.

Just breaking on Fox

Comey will testify to senate intelligence cmt, in open hearing sometime after Memorial Day
 Quoting: ~kpm~

Saw that. Wonder if his "friend" will continue leaking to the press in the meantime.
 Quoting: Daniel Higdon

My first question to Comey would be "were you in the habit of handing out your written memos like candy or keeping them under lock and key?"

Because I'm sitting here wondering if Comey was in LA when he was fired and his office/papers were "secured" before his return, just how the hell did the memo's get out?

And my second question is, why should his memos be treated as gospel truth? Anyone can set up "insurance" and I'm sure these guys are pros at it. As already noted from his last testimony, he doesn't always have his "facts" straight.

Those tweets are incredibly uplifting. I suspected there was something going on to identify leakers, and that Flynn is an integral part of Operation: Take Back America. If he could be cleared and somehow become FBI DIrector, I think there would be mass-arrests in about 10min. On another board there was a post saying that after Flynn left the administration he went into some super-secret agency...I never heard of it, and it was described as having the most power. Anyone else see that or able to comment?

NUNES: EVERYTHING BUT THE RUSSIA PROBE IíM IN CHARGE OFF, ESPECIALLY THE UNMASKING

What Iíve done because I thought it was appropriate, if there were going to be these bogus charges, I was going to set at least the Russian investigation aside. I didnít want to be the face of that investigation. Everything else I am still in charge of. Especially the unmasking.

Yes, and listening to him, it sounds to me like no one is going to be charged with a crime in this. He seems to think a changing of laws will be in order, which tells me he believes they operated within the laws although they may have been overzealous. Not something I wished to hear, more slapping of hands instead of cuffing.

Anyone hear Brett Beir today saying how Republicans should be worried about Mueller being in charge of investigation and Mueller couldn't be unbiased dealing with his friend Comey. He pretty much was saying he was sounding the alarm but no one was listening.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 9163407

I heard him, but it wasn't Beir, it was that other reporter, the one spied on by Obammy. He's right, I don't trust Muller either and have said as much. Muller isn't going to bring the FBI to justice. And it's pretty obvious there are some leakers in the FBI.

It sure looks like comey has been protecting some folks for years. And look at old rod, appointed by the President and throws him under the bus yesterday with the memo stuff, yeah he's definitely not someone put in there to protect those same folks in the DOJ righ? And then you throw in their old friend mullah and you have the perfect recipe for everyone to find all kinds of stuff on President Trump to impeach him or worse and those folks everyone is protecting go free.

It almost seems like there was a window of opportunity to go after those folks that closed and now they're going to get the President out and remain in power. It's making folks sick.

Was talking about it with regular strangers on line today and people are feeling either that the President is everything maddcow says he is but more people are feeling sorry for him that "they" won't let him get anything done. They're starting to think one person said "all this poor man needs now is to have the Supreme Court Justice he appointed go against him too, then we'll all feel really terrible".

One thing everyone agreed on, they don't know how those "folks" in dc, no one dared said their name but made sure we all knew who they were referencing, seem to get away with all manner of bad stuff. And that's exactly how it was said and everyone agreed the President was too soft on them and they should be investigated.

Session should have never recused himself. He allowed the swamp to dictate the narrative. It's obvious to me the deputy AG is a Hill fan and he got even for her writing his note about Comey, then proceeded to abandon the man who appointed him to save his own reputation. IOW, found a big ole gator to head investigation and threw Trump in the swamp.
