This Anil Uskanli had already been arrested and released at LAX before boarding.

Apparently he "appeared to be intoxicated" in the airport, but was later deemed ok to travel. After the incident, the FBI charged him with MISDEMEANOR TRESSPASSING AND RELEASED HIM!!! That is NOT ok! A slap on the wrist for attempting to breach the cockpit? Are you kidding me?? I don't care if he was just drunk and not a member of some nefarious towelheaded cavemen gang from some filthy cat litter box of a country, he needs to be charged with a federal offense and then deported back to his third world cesspool of choice.
