Well for one, stop faking it. How is your partner going to learn? Show him your effective spots. Maybe take the lead and find a position that stimulates the right areas.
Also, you can't fake an orgasm with a man who knows what he's doing. You can make noise and buck around a lot but you can't fake the cascade of muscle contractions or the extra burst of wetness.
I don't know why you're having the experience you are, probably because more people these days are too chickenshit to give their kids a proper sex talk and their kids are trying to learn how to have sex by watching porn, not realizing it's just meant to look good to a camera and generally isn't all that enjoyable for the actors.
