Until they replace all of the consumers as well (after most everyone has lost their ability to produce income). Then what will ya do?

Yeah, and they'll continue to fall as fewer and fewer people have the jobs to pay for the stuff their robot replacements make. Until the companies that utilize this cheaper labor go out of business, because they can't afford to oil their employees anymore.

Don't get me wrong. I'm actually a tech geek myself, and love this stuff (robotics, vr, etc). Investing in some of it too (in more ways than one), so I and my family will probably be ok in the long run (I.e. My lifetime, and possibly the kids); however, I always analyze the long view of things, and I most definitely think that the impact of this new revolution will do more harm to (today's) society than good. Unless, of course, those tales of population reduction are true....

Then, none of this shit matters anyway.

Mechanical waste is so much more toxic than human waste and stinks worse, believe me.

Robot's at present are digital, online, web crawlers, auto-response systems (like on forums and boards), small weak A.I.

Deep Mind and Building 8 got better ones, but they don't want mechanical robot (physical) bodies.

Only cyberspace.

It will be dealt with.

Humans are much better than robots, who cannot create, only imitate.

Robots are just machines; like any industrial machine. They will not be "paid" once they are purchased and installed. You don't pay a drill press; you profit from it after purchase by creating something with it. (like more drill presses).

And boss will be flashing blings to robots
