I just looked this up.

Netflix has the original 2 seasons, only.

Hulu has both the original and New episodes. I get this from my brother, who doesn't appear to have Showtime...but, I was able to start one of the episodes.

We get Showtime on Sling. I just did a search for the first two seasons, and it LOOKS as if it comes with sling for free. Hmm.

It also has The Music of David Lynch, which I just saw for the first time while searching. I LOVE his songs on the series, so I guess I'll be listening. They are mesmerizing.

Amazon Prime has the first two seasons for free. That's 30 EPISODES, but a way to start if you have Amazon.

Amazon also has a 7 day free trial for Showtime right now, which would allow you to watch the later movie Fire Walk With Me', and last night's two episodes. If you're paying, you also can watch the original 30 episodes

They will also include immediate access to a subscription to Showtime for $8.99 a month.
