This video seems to almost be to the point of paranormal for me for a few reason, there seems to be a hidden philosophy behind it, and the idea behind it, seems to come from the anomaly.

In this video, there is the police or authorities, verses people that are very focused on fun or having party's, especially to do with dancing and music. The energy in the scene is insane and feels like it almost comes from another realm.
