The cost of past and current military operations (bombings, troops, mercenaries, etc) in muslim countries pales in comparison to the staggering costs and repercussions from the never ending blow back.

Whatever the costs are they will be worth it to keep Ariane grande away or whatever her name is.

Add to that, MI5 complain of not having the money to track these isis terrorist criminals after they get back from committing war crimes in Syria. So why don't they round them all up and drop them off on a remote island in the Pacific. There you go, money problems solved, society safe.

In man hours you'd be looking at milions, tourism to Manc tends to be sport of music orientated so I don't really see a fall after the inital week or two.

It won't be billions let alone tens of them.

3,500 ISIS soldiers have come back to Britain from Syria. And the authorities dont have the money to track them or monitor them. Why they got allowed back in ?? Anybodies guess, maybe our government is living in an alternate reality or something..
But it would be so cost effective to round them all up onto a cargo ship in chains, and drop them off on easter island. JOB DONE>

Here in France I heard that tourism is down heaps or expected to be this season becuase of

1. the terrorism that has happened here in recent times.
2. crime towards tourists that has increased, or rather th perception of it, around tourist sites.


mostly =, so i am told, the biggest part of the loss of tourism is from the Chinese and other Asian countries.

i don't know if this is true and can not back it up, it is just something i was told.

So yeah - this attack in Manchester certainly could effect tourism in a big way.

Agree, guessing that the loss to the western countries that NATOed the muslim countries will end up being far greater than the western country's war costs.
