I'm sure the military labs have the ability to target certain genes already and take out specific races with relative ease.

But who wants to go live in a desert then and pump our oil for us? If they wipe out the Arabs, the Africans move in, then we have to wipe out the Africans. So it gets messy and the bodies start piling up after a while.

And of course, anyone with these targeted genes, even though they may look Caucasian, would get taken out, too. So this could backfire without a way to block people from accidentally getting it with a secret vaccine.

Otherwise, it would take out a large chunk of the military.
