Pot experts! Can u explain if Decarbing pot will help...

As I've recently found out while researching how to make edibles, if lecithin is used in the cooking recipe (not in making the canna-butter) it makes the THC in the final product more bioavailable...so instead of it taking an hour for an edible to come on, it only takes 20 minutes. It doesn't make the THC value stronger, it just carries it to the blood stream much more efficiently.

I'm going to be making my first batch of canna-caramels next week.... I thought it was going to be this week, but I gotta wait until next week to get the green for it.

I will also be substituting coconut palm sugar for the brown sugar because it's much healthier.

And, yes OP, every single thing I've researched has said to decarb the green first. Once the green is ground it only takes 20 min. in the oven.

unnecessary step only needed for cold extractions because cooking pot in butter/water decarbs the thc.

I will be looking into this further. Use pot for pain control and if I can make more concentrated I would be in heaven. Better than those fucking opioids the doc hooks you on by a long shot! Great post!

I'm also going to make some canna-coconut oil in the future, but I wanted to use (organic) butter to make caramels in particular, for the flavor.

If I were making brownies or cookies, then I would use coconut oil...it's what I use to make regular cookies with.
