The only previous difficulty was passing the equivalency tests, which I am certain are now mostly given by similar former foreigners. Formerly it was just for economic purpose, to start breadwinning, to get established and start sending the High conversion value bucks back to their home countries, to enrich their extended families, friends, ideology factions and military/economic institutions. Easy enough, by staging internal strife, to make refugees, and preying upon the charity of unsuspecting sheep in First World Countries. Once that became common practice, they also accelerated their public and private insurgency, to supplant formerly domestically operated institutions, and convert them to oppressive, bigoted, staging grounds for control by foreign entities, and eventual overthrow of the targeted Nations. I wouldn't be surprised if there are whole villages in Pakistan where everyone is given a diploma and has the initials Dr. of Prof. stamped on their birth certificate. |
