What are Jing, Qi, Shen, and Wu Wei?
They are one and the same.
A feeling(Jing) about a feeling is an emotion(Qi).
A feeling about an emotion is a thought(Shen).
A feeling about a thought is awareness(Wui Wei).
What are the stomach, heart, and brain?
What are the lower dantian, middle dantian, and upper dantian?
They are one and the same.
Your stomach, heart and brain all contain neurons and are the 3 largest centers of them. You can feel with your stomach, emote with your heart, and think with your brain.
Feeling enters into your stomach, where it is refined into emotion. Emotion enters your heart where it is refined into thought. Thought enters your brain where it is refined into awareness.
