I sick and tired of buying clipper refillable lighters only for them to stop working properly after a couple of weeks despite having fresh gas and flint!!

They used to last for years. Now they dont!

Then buy a Zippo and be quiet about it.

Exactly!
Run a zippo over with a tractor, send it in, you'll re eve a brand new zippo at no charge with no questions asked.

Over the years I've found several broken zippos, sent them in and received new ones.

My current zippo I have carried and used daily for the better part of a decade.

Learn how to fill it properly, no "leg burns" to worry about.

The Zippo in my pocket right now is almost ten years old and still going strong. Frankly, I lose 'em before wearing 'em out.

ZIPPO: an AMERICAN CLASSIC!!

One of those products that PROVES "Made-In-Ameica" still ROCKS!! Ive have several, but I usually reach for a Zippo I got as a gift over 30 years ago... and it's never even been sent to the factory for a refurb.... re-wicked once and a new flint every six months or so: still PERFECT working order and carryng LOTS of cherished memories of smokes gone by... every scratch and ding tells a story.

The only repair I've ever needed on a ZIPPO was a weak hinge and YEP! Off to the factory for an expert fix at no charge [except for postage].

Yeah, I recommend XiKar brand jet lighters.

They come with a lifetime warranty. Had my for years and they send me the newest model when I send mine in.

They're like a Lamborghini or Ferrari so except to send it in once a year.

Best fucking lighter ever

GREAT! A fashionista snowflake boasting of his latest, overpriced toy. It's also worth mentioning that Xikar products are primarily designed for the CIGAR smoker.

Well, Zippo's have been around for 85 years and have sold over 500 MILLION lighters in those 8-1/2 decades. That pretty much says it all.

Which would you REALLY weant in your hand out in the wilderness in a blinding rainstorm???

Six months?!?!

I think I get MAYBE six weeks!

Doesn't matter if it's Zippo brand or Ronson brand. However not only does it light my smokes it lights torches, the burn barrel, its an emergency light... Guaranteed FIRE. Zippo fluid is nothing more than extremely pure NAPTHA fluid (do your research), having a few zippos, about a gallon of fluid, and a hundred or so flints packed away is the #1 SHTF prep you can have. And don't forget a $.59 steel brush for cleaning the sparker wheel!

Clipper? There's your problem.

Buy Bics. They always work, and they last until they're empty. I've never had any problems with Bics, and everyone I know uses them. Nobody ever complains.

Only some stoners use Clippers, because the flint can be removed and used as a joint poker... But that isn't worth the lower quality.

I've also, on the disposable side, found Djeep lighers to work very well. I prefer them to the Bic product actually.

Just another suggestion for consideration.
