Mexican women dominate coastal shit job markets and here's their little trick..

I had the displeasure of needing to work with them for a year once and in that year I learned a lot.

So here's their trick. Firstly no they are not hard workers like Mexican men. Mexican men a hard working decent human beings. I wish I could say the same of their women.

Ok so what they have is an unspoken rule. An unspoken network. It goes like this. Roseritta hires Maria no questions asked. If she's Mexican and speaks the Mexican version of Spanish, she's hired. Roseritta then begins her job and does the bare minimal amount of work pushing the heavy lifting on any non-Mexican she can. She will often be hired off the books during her "trial" period which can last month's if her Manager is a Mexican female. Usually she'll do a shit job about 2-3 months and then quit. Then she'll take the rest of the year off to take care of her 3 kids on your dime. Of course her Mexican manager isn't angry because she knows the deal. Now it's time to replace Maria #2 and again no questions asked. And Maria #2 will also quit in 2 months. When Maria #1 decides to work again another Mexican manager will hire her no questions asked even though she's quit 10 jobs in the last 3 years. Also when these "hard workers" quit non-Mexican workers are forced to take up their slack.

So now you know why Mexican women dominate the shit job market and seek to be happy about their lousy jobs.
