and that's just using 1 social media site (instagram) as an example. Imagine what it's like for these guys waking up every morning to check ALL their social media and receive thousands of notifications and validations from women and other men all over the world.

If you don't have social media nobody even knows you exist. You just rot on your own. It appears we have been sold a lie that social media is no good for your mental state.
