8 Hour Nose Bleed

How much blood did that come out to? Sounds like bleeding for 8 hours would be a ton of blood loss. You might have to have minor surgery to get it cauterized. But if its not too bad and not losing too much blood then you can try getting a room humidifier and also rinse your nose out with warm water by taking a paper towel and folding it over several times then dousing it in warm water and sucking as much of the water up your nose as possible and then blowing it out in another dry paper towel. You want to keep your nose as clean and clear of bacterial debris as much as possible so it can heal and the warm water will speed up this process as well.

Go see an ear nose and throat specialist. I tolerated nose bleeds for weeks and it was fixed in one afternoon. Just needed a small blood vessel cauterized inside my nose.
