Your ancestors have had certain experiences transcoded to you by DNA, and everything you change in lifestyle causes mutations, cause organism is trying to adapt

For example, if you're hiding from the Sun, stay at home and don't move enough (bet your ancestors couldn't do that), you don't need vitamin D3 anymore, as your body is trying to reduce bones and muscles. Green tea drank regularly is supposed to prevent burns and I can attest to that. Also I read a study years ago that in Scandinavian countries they have much reduced skin cancer than in the US., never heard much more from that... They're working theory was they eat lots of veggies and lean meats where we have a high fat diet and that has some effect on the skin and DNA damage. Most damage happens in your youth however no one should be getting burned. If you need sun screen than supplement with D3 is the best advice.

Yeah I heard. That's why I never wear sunscreen. Best sunscreen is clothing and hat if I will be outside for a while so I don't burn.

Since I started supplementing with vitamin D3, I don't need sunscreen. I don't sunburn like I used too and I'm at 5280 ft altitude.

Vitamin D3 seems to prevent damage from the sun. Maybe that's why the body produces it when exposed to UV rays.

The always tell you that all you need to do go out in the sun. Why spend 3 to 4 hours out in the sun no sunblock or are nothing.. My readings are 24 last December my readings were in June 34. The range is 20 on the low side and 80 on the high side. Right now I'm taking 5000 IUs of vitamin D three and this is helped me tremendously and has taken me out of depression. In a couple more months I will be taking another blood test to check my vitamin D3.

If I was you guys I would get a bloodshed of vitamin D3 potassium and magnesium. These three vitamins or minerals should be slightly above normal. This will give you a baseline to know what to take.

I've been taking vitamin D3 and magnesium 500 mg and it has changed my life completely. Read up on it and try it
