We do not understand the exact mechanism by which it does this, however, being untold quadrillions of times smarter than humans, it is easily capable of such a feat.

You don't understand the mechanism, because there is not such a thing like AI that could reside outside a supercomputer of some sorts!

They have a patent, namely US 6506148 B2/14-Jun-2003, that it's for "Nervous system manipulation by electromagnetic fields from monitors", which they state that the human nervous system could be entrained in different states by the use of very weak electromagnetic fields, pulsed in a certain way (a computer could modulate it in the desired way), but that they need all the people to be exposed directly to those electromagnetic fields!

That's is, if they are "emitting" over an area, it will Yoaffect all the people in that area, granted the field energy is sufficient to affect people nervous ssytem, or they can affect the people through their PC's connected on internet, but anyways it will not permit the AI computer to affect a CERTAIN person only, w/o an advanced and huge infrastructure for that!

I'm not saying that they cannot target a specific target with stalking and electromagnetically harassment, but for that they need operatives and devices to physically be present nearby the target, it's not that the AI it's like a spell, that can come from a center and go whatever it wants and affect a certain individual, like a curse or magic from a witch, etc. That is unless the 5G networks capabilities are not all around, then, the infrastructure will be there!
