At birth your parents signed a form that authorrized the government to create a bond in your name
This gave them legal authority to recognize you as an investment,
The value of your life, blood, sweat and tears have been poured into this BOND—it’s worth more than you think.
I am claiming mine soon.

Not that I completely understand this, but there is a trust around the birth certificate bond - and they make us the trustee, or the one who is liable to pay for everything. This guy was able to claim Executor status with the Australian Taxation Office, and he had a letter from the someone high up there that he did not need to pay any tax. He was able to spend a maximum of $5,000 weekly on any personal expenses - and provided he had the receipts for all his expenditures, was able to mail in his receipts into the ATO (Australian Taxation Office) and they would give him a 100% refund. One thing though he was never able to do, is to receive a cash advance. He also received a visit from 'the men in black' (government agents) telling him he was not allowed to share his knowledge in public, but was able to have as many 'private' meetings as he wished. The cabal view 'the public' as their domain, whereas the private is out of their jurisdiction. I did attend some of these private meetings.
