I think SSA has simply been presenting me with opportunities to change my address from my mailing address to that of the estate.

A place of business or residence." Where did the financial trust documents originate? Your state's Secretary of State, who answers to the Governor. Perhaps your mail should be addressed to the trustee of the trust that created and owns the dead legal fiction, instead of to the house/street of the dead legal fiction where you unknowingly choose to act as trustee when a bill arrives? Hmm...is this to mean that the bills directed to the dead fiction should be sent to the owner of the dead fiction for "payment"? seems boris had mentioned doing this.. maybe not, but ive seen or heard mention of forwarding post to the trustees. but this part of that definition is also interesting to me: "appropriate and technical description of the court" That part of the definition is talking about the BC file number. You can use the BC file number as the docket number on the IRS form 56. The BC file number is the "address" of the named estate, or so it has always seemed.
